1.2 Mobile Application Information (iView Mobile)

iView Mobile is an enterprise-only application available exclusively to authorized Intelyt customers.

Authentication

Access to iView Mobile requires login using a username and password associated with a specific customer account.

• Credentials are used solely for authentication
• Passwords are processed transiently and are not stored on the device
• Accounts are provisioned and managed by Intelyt or its customers

Camera Access

The App may request camera access for user-initiated actions, including:

• Capturing photos associated with assets, shipments, or devices
• Scanning QR codes or barcodes

Camera access:

• Is strictly foreground-only
• Is explicitly initiated by the user
• Is never used in the background

Captured images are uploaded to Intelyt servers and stored with operational records. QR code and barcode scan data is not stored or uploaded.

Location Data

The App may display geographic location data retrieved from Intelyt servers. The App does not collect or access location data directly from the user's device.

Device Identifiers and Analytics

iView Mobile does not collect:

• Device identifiers
• Advertising identifiers
• Telemetry or analytics data
• Crash or diagnostic logs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Provide access to authorized enterprise services

The iView Mobile App does not cache or persist operational data or images locally beyond active app usage.

4.2 On Servers

Data transmitted to Intelyt servers is retained:

• For the duration of the customer's active service agreement
• In accordance with contractual, operational, and legal requirements

Customers may request backend data deletion through established support channels.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only:

• With trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations
• To comply with applicable laws or legal obligations
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Intelyt, its customers, or others
